The Desco 19431 is a voltage meter designed to analyze the charge levels accumulated on the human body. A portable solution for operators to use giving them the advantage of performing analysis themselves without the help of another user. Offers the ability of quick evaluations of test graphs due to its LCD display. The HBV meter features an internal memory resulting in easier data aquisitition without the need of a PC.
